Chubby Cubs NFT Details

The Chubby Cubs is a collection of 10,000 NFTs. Each Chubby Cub acts as a key to access Torum V2 and comes with a meticulously crafted AR face filter for use in Torum V2's content creation tool. Royalties for secondary sales of Chubby Cubs will be set at 1%. The Chubby Cubs will be listed on our marketplace (upon release) and other major NFT marketplaces.

Chubby Cubs Initial Allocation:

Total Supply: 10,000

Public Mint: 7,000

Addresses not eligible for any of the whitelists will be required to pay a mint fee of 0.03 ETH to mint their own Chubby Cub.

Whitelists Mint: 2,000

There will be three different types of whitelists distributed to eligible addresses. Users on any whitelist will have the opportunity to mint one Chubby Cub for free.

The three different types of whitelists available are:

1. Legacy Whitelist The Legacy whitelist is distributed to a select number of OG Landers and active Landers from Torum V1. The list of eligible Landers can be found here. If you see your username on the list, please reach out to us via this form.

2. Avatar Whitelist The Avatar whitelist is distributed to on-chain addresses that held any Avatar NFTs from both collections on the BNB Chain at block height 9601117, on June 14, 2024, at 09:06:16 AM UTC. Avatar whitelist holders will be eligible to participate in a separate raffle mint for Chubby Cubs, with increased odds of receiving a Chubby Cub featuring rare traits. The number of Avatar NFTs held at the time of the snapshot determines the no. of raffle chances available to roll for a Chubby Cubs with a rare combination of traits. Avatar NFT whitelist holders are entitled to mint 1 Chubby Cubs NFT through the raffle mint. Moreover, holding 12 or more Avatar NFTs qualifies for additional allocations in multiples of 6. For instance, 12 Avatar NFTs entitle the holder to 1 extra Chubby Cub, 18 Avatar NFTs to 2 extra Chubby Cubs, 24 Avatar NFTs to 3 extra Chubby Cubs, and so forth. The entitlement is rounded up based on the number of Avatar NFTs held. Therefore, holding 14, 15, 16, or 18 Avatar NFTs makes one eligible for 2 extra Chubby Cubs, while holding 55, 58, or 59 Avatar NFTs makes one eligible for 8 extra Chubby Cubs. The team will distribute the extra allocations of Chubby Cubs to the minters' wallets promptly after completing their raffle mint. Even if a minter completes the mint in Phase 2 (through Marketing whitelist) after missing Phase 1, they remain eligible for the extra allocation. Please note that the snapshot of Avatar NFT holders has already been taken, and acquiring an Avatar NFT after this point will not qualify you for the Avatar whitelist.

3. Marketing Whitelist The Marketing whitelist will be distributed through collaborations or marketing initiatives with other relevant cryptocurrency projects or communities. Team Reserve: 1,000

The team reserve allocation of 1,000 Chubby Cubs is designated for current and future team members, as well as upcoming marketing initiatives. The extra allocations of Chubby Cubs provided to Avatar NFT holders, as mentioned above, will be sourced from this team reserve.

Chubby Cub Mint Details

Phase 1

Phase 1 will be live for 24 hours and is exclusively reserved for users eligible through the Avatar and Legacy whitelists.

Phase 2

Phase 2 will commence immediately after Phase 1 concludes. Marketing whitelist holders and the general public can participate in minting Chubby Cubs during Phase 2. Users who were eligible under the Avatar or Legacy whitelists but missed the Phase 1 window will have the opportunity to mint a Chubby Cub via the Marketing whitelist as long as the Marketing whitelist allocation does not run out. Public minting during Phase 2 requires a fee of 0.03 ETH (approximately $100), while Marketing whitelist holders can mint for free. Phase 2 will remain open indefinitely or until all 10,000 Chubby Cubs are minted.

Please note that each address is only entitled to mint one Chubby Cubs NFT from the official mint regardless of eligibility, if you are a Avatar NFT holder, your extra Chubby Cubs allocation will be sent to you shortly after you have completed your Avatar whitelist mint.
